Return and Refund Policy

This Policy governs the terms of product returns and refunds for purchases made through our online store. By completing your order, you accept the following terms.

1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Food and beverages: For health and safety reasons, returns or exchanges of food products are not accepted after delivery.

  • Customized (custom) products: Returns are not accepted for products manufactured, printed, or personalized specifically for the customer.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be approved in the following cases:

  • If the product is delivered broken, damaged, or defective.

  • If the product is delivered spoiled, altered, or unsuitable for consumption.

3. Reporting and Verification Procedure

  • The customer must notify the company in writing (via email) within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

  • The notification must be accompanied by photographic and/or video evidence showing the condition of the product and its packaging.

  • The company reserves the right to request additional evidence or the return of the product for inspection.

4. Refund Method

Upon confirmation of the incident, the refund will be processed within a reasonable period of time by one of the following methods, as agreed with the customer:

  • Bank transfer to the customer’s designated account.

  • Store credit for future purchases on our online store.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed are not eligible for refund.

  • The company is not responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from improper use or inadequate storage of the product after delivery.
