Our Cretan Balsamic Sauce is a 100% natural product, crafted with care from our own vineyard. It is made with our balsamic vinegar and (petimezi) grape syrup, enriched with handpicked Cretan herbs such as thyme and rosemary, which give it a unique character.

Matured in oak barrels, this sauce develops a rich depth of flavor. Free from chemicals or additives, it preserves all its natural nutrients and vitamins. The taste is perfectly balanced—sweet and sour without any added sugar. Its deep dark color comes from the grape syrup, while the balsamic vinegar adds a warm reddish tone.
